The lack of finance knowledge and service available for business owners was the impetus for starting The Mardent Group.

Todd O’Neill had been providing business finance solutions to clients across a range of industries and professions since 2001.

In 2007, he and was introduced to Damian Mantini to help him with a business purchase. Damian didn’t buy the business, but they did identify a need in the market for business owners.

By combining Todd’s experience and Damian’s skills in building distribution networks and relationships, the two have created a company that specialises in financing business purchases, working capital and funds for expansion.

The Mardent Group has the depth of knowledge and the distribution capability to help business owners across Australia.
