Todd O’Neill. 
Todd’s career in banking and finance spans 20 years and several countries.  After starting with one of Australia’s big four banks, Todd headed over to the UK and Europe where he gained valuable experience with high profile companies Accenture and The Industrial Bank of Japan.  Todd returned to Australia and started his own finance broking company.  He holds a Masters in International Business.
 

Damian Mantini. 
Damian entered the finance industry when he started his own mortgage broking business early in 1996.  In 2000, Damian moved into the corporate world, holding senior roles with GE Mortgage Solutions (now GE Money) and then HLP Mortgage Company, a non-bank lending company.  Damian’s understanding of distribution channels and his strong relationships in the mortgage and lending industry make him the ideal face of The Mardent Group.  His education includes a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma in Financial Planning (PS146).
